About Me

I’m Annah, chiropractic, performance specialist, mom and founder of The Feel Good Club.

For years I tried to do it all: run a practice, raise a family, stay healthy, and still find time to feel like myself. Along the way, I realized most wellness plans forget about the part where life happens. I started Feel Good Club to give women support that fits into real life, not around it.

My background in chiropractic care taught me how the body works. Motherhood and real life taught me what it actually needs. Strength, mobility, and nourishment should add to your life, not take it over. That is what guides everything I create inside the Club.

I still love my coffee before breakfast, I still skip workouts some weeks, and I still believe consistency matters more than perfection. If you’re ready to feel good in a way that lasts, you’re in the right place.
